There is no separate room. Again, this is a studio. Rent is low so I can be selective on who I share this space with as we will be in close quarters.
I work from home as a paralegal during the day, and train clients or myself in the afternoon. I'm generally clean & quiet. No pets are allowed in the lease. This is a generally quiet building.
There is paid parking across Collins Ave and a secured place for bike/mopeds in the parking garage.
