My name is Paul and I'm offering for rent the 2nd largest room in a very nice, clean, well appointed, quiet, 4 bedroom house.
Location is 2 minutes from the Garden State Parkway and only 7 mins from the shore to Long Branch beach, in between both Red Bank (10 mins) and Asbury Park (12 mins). Sea Bright, Highlands, Atlantic Highlands are also only about 20 min drive.
The house has a lot to offer: private fenced backyard and patio with nice furniture, barn lights, grill, firepit and more. Inside the house there is a lot of space to hang separately (2 shared living rooms downstairs and an office/reading/TV room upstairs). It's truly a comfortable setup!
About me: I'm an easy going, but busy 35 y/o working professional NYC commuter, sometimes working from home, travelling 50% of the month for work. At times, you may have the house to yourself!
Looking for a responsible, clean, easy going roommate. Please tell me a bit about yourself if you choose to reply, preferably with a picture, job type/status, length of lease, etc.
Let me know if interested asap as there is a lot of interest (here and other apps) and I would prefer to find a great roommate that meshes well in a co-share environment.
