I have recently moved out of a house in Spring Hill, TN where I was living with my friend and his girl friend. I am looking for someone to take my section of the lease over until the lease is expired in early/mid July. My roommate Ryan, and his girl friend are around 24 years old on average. The house is located in a suburb part of town off of port Royal road which is close to retail shops and restaurants in the Spring Hill area. Ryan is self employed detailing vehicles and attending school. While his girl friend Meagan is a traveling nurse who works in Columbia full time. Hello, I am currently looking for someone to take a lease over for me. I had recently moved out and don't find it necessary to keep paying for a place I no longer reside. The house is in a suburb area in Spring Hill about 35 minutes from Nashville. The location is also 5-8 minutes away from multiple restaurants and retail businesses. My two roommates currently still live there so they will be there until the end of the lease as well. The average age is 24 years old so the ideal candidate would be around that age. The current rent is $575 for a room and bathroom (not connected). My roommate Ryan, is self employed and his girlfriend is a traveling Nurse who works full time in Columbia, TN. They have a 7 year old dog names Gunnar who works well with just about everyone who is short haired. The house does come with a two car garage as well that can be used. As well as a patio in the back yard. As I no longer live in the state, you would have to set up a time to meet with them on a set date.
