I am 18 years old, (but VERY responsible) and as of Jun 2021, I recently received my first credit card and am working on building up my credit score. For this reason, I would prefer a rental off the books. I am looking to share an apartment with a roommate or 2 in either Brooklyn Queens or Manhattan (preferably Queens) and I will be interested in apartments from August to December.
