Hey, if you are like me, you are a single female working professional looking for a safe place with amenities, in a cool neighborhood, close to the metro, without breaking the budget. Good news is I've done all the hard work in finding the right place at the Beauregard Condo building in the U St corridor. Now, all I'm looking for is the perfect roommate.

I'm looking for single female working professional. I have non-shedding puppy, so you need to be dog friendly. The community in this building is fantastic. Everyone is really friendly and they expect the same sense of community from anyone living here.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is spacious and open (1340 sq. ft. floor plan), has a private patio, a staffed front desk, and access to fitness room, and rooftop with views of the city! The U St-Cardozo metro is steps away. This unit comes with updated grey wood plank floors throughout and natural stone tile in baths and has floor to ceiling windows that allows light into the entire unit. All utilities are included except cable and electric. We will split those. I live in the master, but you get the spacious second bedroom, which has its own bath. Common areas are furnished. Your bedroom is unfurnished.
