I am quiet, professional, and kind. I don't really have guests. I have two jobs (1 part-time and one full-time). I have a house trained small dog that is friendly, well groomed, vaccinated, and on a flea a tick regimen. I always clean up after my dog. She is in training to be a ESA/Service dog. I can supply documentation. She doesn't shed much and I remove hair, fur, and dust bi weekly- weekly. I do not use drugs. I am not an alcoholic. I am relatively clean but not a neat freak (kitchen, bathroom, livinroom are always clean). I shower 2-3x per day (2 10mins or less, one 30mins). I will pay my rent on-time or early. I sanitized bi weekly and thoroughly clean weekly. I do not leave food out or dishes in the sink. I do not throw parties or play loud music. I know how to cook and I am attentive when cooking so there isn't a risk of fire. I do not leave appliances or technology on while I am our, with the exception of My Alexa and dog Camera/monitor. I will quickly handle any maintenance issues that may arise. I am willing to participate in cleanliness updates and inspections
