Just because its quarantine doesn’t mean we shouldn’t look ahead! Do you see three hard-working women in your future? Great, because they are your roommates! Room available June 1st or earlier!

I have three amazing roommates who are employed and used to sharing the common spaces: two bathrooms and the kitchen/living room. Two of the roommates are often away with their significant others, so it will feel like you have one roommate. There are no pets in our home if you are concerned about allergies, but all roommates love animals, and the building is pet friendly! All the ladies are welcoming, watch a lot of popular tv shows, and listen to fascinating podcasts, so they should have a lot to talk with you about if you are interested in chatting and making new connections.

The apartment has one main fridge and one mini-fridge in which you would be able to store things. You would have full use of all appliances within the kitchen. In my room, there is currently an air conditioning unit and custom-made loft bed that I’m willing to leave for the next occupant for the right price. None of the other furniture in the room is staying. My room has one closest with a bar to hang clothes and two shelves, but the loft bed can also be used as a storage option.

Utilities are not included in the price of the room, but they typically average around 70 USD a person.

This is a safe and quiet neighborhood full of working professionals and families.
The building requires code to access. Within the neighborhood, there are plenty of bars and restaurants, and plenty of options if you prefer to Grub Hub/Seamless/Caviar/Uber Eat, etc.

Access to the 2,3,4,5 S shuttle, A, C, E.
15 minutes max walk from Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park.

30 minute’s walk from Williamsburg, Bushwick, and Prospect Lefferts Gardens
Once express stop away from Atlantic Barclay Center.
Farmer’s Market at Grand Army Plaza every Saturday.
