Renting a $1,050 private bedroom in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment 7-10 minutes from SDSU. Looking to rent by as soon as possible! Beautiful view with a constant perfect breeze, being on the second floor with high ceilings and skylights. Internet and utilities come to about $100 per month.

I’m a 24 year-old female, currently in my senior year of my Mechanical Engineering degree from San Diego State University. I’ll probably be out of the house often for my senior project and work night shifts on the weekends. In my free time, I like going out to cafes, playing soccer, and video gaming.

There is one cat living here. She is well behaved and friendly. Street parking is available and one parking spot is given free, so we can discuss sharing or work out something else if there’s any parking necessities. There is a laundry room downstairs.
