I rarely have people over it if I do it is some thing that I notify my other roommates of in advance and it’s usually once in a blue moon. My partner comes over here and there, but rarely stays tonight.

Potentially will have one room opening up in my 3 bed 2 bath house early mid February. I am month to month and will not be resigning the lease.
$850 a month does include everything such as utilities & Wifi. **However, if you do want a faster, speed Wi-Fi, you will be responsible for paying that additional difference.**
Room does come unfurnished.
- I do have three dogs, so must be OK with a pet friendly home.
- No couples or kids please
- I am ok with 420 if you do smoke that’s fine
- Currently work from home and when I’m not working, I’m either at home or at my partners.
- Do require you to be respectful, responsible, and clean.
- The bathroom would be a shared space and expected to keep tidy.
- I do have a garage if you need to store any additional things that do not fit in your room.
- Overnight guest are ok as long as they are not more than 3 nights a week.
- There is a community pool and hot tub
- Must have proof of steady income
- !!Will need to pass a background check!!
Other roommate will be moving in Feb and is in construction. Total it will be one male and a female in the house prior to you moving in.
