Hi! Going through a divorce, needing a roommate starting in September or October. Lease ends in March, but I may renew depending on the situation. I live in the Medical Center in a 2B2B apartment. Rent is $650 including wifi, water, trash valet, amenities, etc. The only other expense is electricity. I have a dog—he's super friendly with humans and smaller dogs. He doesn't bark or chew.
