Seeking Roommate - Buckhead Condo

Hey all,

Im moving into my new condo in Buckhead/Lenox January 1st and I'm looking for a roommate to rent out my extra furnished room. The condo is setup roommate style (no sharing wall), has a bathroom connected to room, covered parking space, pool, fitness center, gated community, and large green spaces. The pictures dont reflect it yet, but I expect to furnish the extra room once I move-in myself.

Im looking for someone to move-in sometime mid Jan or Feb 1st. Rent will be $1200 + power/gas. Im open to short term arrangements, but my preference is something more longer term like a 12-month commitment. The condo is located off of Lenox Rd right near the mall. You'll have great access to buckhead, 85, 400, midtown, and dunwoody.

A little bit about me: 28 yr old wfh professional, interested in fitness, food, djing, travel, and Tame Impala. Not the biggest drinker, but sometimes I dabble. My girlfriend does frequently come over with her lil dog.
