Hi everyone! I’m looking for 1–2 girls in their 20s to share the master bedroom in a newly renovated 2 bed / 1 bath apartment in Belmont Shore starting June 1st.

-master is very spacious and the total rent for the room is $2236/month (perfect to split between two people if desired).

-apartment is in an amazing location — only 2 blocks from the beach and walking distance to Second Street, Vons, coffee shops, restaurants, workout studios, and everything Belmont Shore has to offer!

-all new appliances

-free on-site washer/dryer

-a private front porch with a BBQ, and extra room for storage/outdoor equipment.

-Water and trash are included, and the place is pet friendly (sorry, allergic to cats!).

I love staying active and spending time outdoors — whether that’s going to the beach, pilates, thrifting, music, or hanging out with friends.
