Looking for a roommate in Manhattan - New York

About Me

Picture one of New York City’s most beautiful penthouses or brownstone buildings complete with marble bathrooms, sprawling ceilings, and ornate finishes.

Our vision: make living in such luxury spaces achievable for young professionals in NY through fractionalization. Not only are such grand units less competitive than the two-bedrooms you’re in bidding wars for, they are also a hell of a lot nicer and more negotiable. Given this flexibility and the concept already working well in a pilot unit, we are looking for 2-3 more roommates to fill our next bachelor pad in the city.

I’m a 22 year old entrepreneur-gone-investment banking analyst at the request of my parents. While I’ve only promised them a year of a “serious” job, I look to make the most of it: learning, making connections, etc. I am incredibly hard working and enjoy cooking, working out, and martial arts in my free time. If you listen to Joe Rogan or can get down with a wild goose chase for good food, we would definitely get along.

My roommate is an enigma in the best possible way- graduated college at 19 and works in Private Equity. When he’s not in the office he loves to run and designs some absurd custom shoes. Although he’s shy about it, he’s also a professional shotgun shooter.

If you could see yourself playing into this vision, hit us up and we’d love to chat. Ideally, you are laid-back, hard-working, and not a run-of-the-mill kind of person. We tend to attract big personalities with unique interests and hope you feel the same.
