- Work in learning and development (HR) for a higher education nonprofit. Office is in FiDi, work from home 2-3 days a week.
- Tidy as a roommate and person in general. I am very friendly, easy to get along, and considerate
- Interests: love being active (gym, play sand volleyball and other rec sports regularly), music (enjoy going to local shows), reading, watching sports (soccer, football, basketball), time with friends, t.v. - Between ages 25-35
- Someone clean, respectful, and considerate. I appreciate good level of communication so we're both on the same page

Looking for someone to fill the master/big bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment off Atlantic Ave and Washington Ave in Prospect Heights/Clinton Hill border. This would be to sign onto a year-long lease for a June OR August move-in.
Details about the apartment:
- $2150 rent per month
- 3 story walk up (top floor apartment)
- bedroom is unfurnished, shared spaces furnished
- utilities included are water and trash
- utilities NOT included are electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi. Usually comes out to $100 per person each month, may fluctuate depending on season (e.g. A/C or heater usage)
- has a cabin, homey feel
- there is a third bedroom that is kept as an office and place for extra storage (kinda small to be another bedroom from my pov)
