Great clean and recently renovated space with electric doorman, Bike Room, gaming room, gym, Laundry room, and access to the rooftop. This would be the 4th floor walk up of a 5 story building. There’s also a courtyard to relax in as well! Dog Friendly obviously, and tons on Natural light in the apartment. It also has Central AC!
