Looking for a roommate...I am offering two (x2) private bedroom with a private (with shower) bathroom available in a 3 bedroom rental house in White House, TN. North Nashville area. Move in ready, open to anyone, with 1GB shared internet (included), in house washer/dryer, full kitchen (w/ a dishwasher), central AC and a fenced in backyard. I also reside here so to reiterate in looking for a roommate to help out with my rent. More details below. Serious inquiries only.

I’m the current leaseholder and live in the home with a friendly Australian Shepherd, so you must be comfortable around dogs. Looking for one clean, respectful, employed roommate who communicates well and is considerate of shared spaces.

It has a washer/dryer access inside, and the room 2 available rooms are unfurnished. Will make available a spare office chair and working computer desk if needed at no additional cost while residing. FYI: I work from home and am usually working in shared living space.

Rent will be appropriately 1,000 monthly. The exact monthly share will be discussed with serious applicants. Rent due on or before the 5th each month.

Important: The selected roommate must complete my rental leasing company's application, pass landlord screening, and be formally added to the lease before moving in. No sublets or off-lease arrangements. The current lease runs through February 12, 2027.
