Available Room for Rent

one bedroom available, $434/mo Chinatown in a 3 bed / 2 bath.

I'm currently looking to move out so I can be closer to school and my boyfriend, and as such I have to find someone to take my room. There are two other tenants in this 3bed/2bath apartment. The room you'd be taking is the largest, has a decent sized closet. I need extra storage for my clothes, but I have a lot of clothes haha. Depending on where I move in, you might be left with a bed and mattress, and some small furniture, and an A/C unit but don't count on it, I'll definitely keep this information updated because I know it's important! The common areas are fully furnished. Built in the 70s, looks vintage. I haven't had any problems living here besides the shower breaking but we fixed it and it's fine now! Friendly neighbors, secure building. Nobody is noisy. Roommates both work night shifts but are quiet.
