Raytown. Rent includes utilities, 95% private bathrroom and use of the rest of the house. (The bathroom is the second bathroom and is the guest bathroom if company come over). Fenced in back yard. I have three dogs that get along well with other dogs. No cats (allergies). Liberal, 420 friendly. Not religious. No drama. I work from home and don't get out much except to go to concerts, mostly bluegrass or jambands.
