Close to the Dekalb B/Q/R, Lafayette C, and Fulton G, along with several bus lines. $1500/month, which includes all utilities, including electricity, internet, heat, and gas. There is a large shared living room (couple couches, large TV, Roku, PS4, great soundsystem) & kitchen.

The neighborhood is wonderful, with a variety of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Ft. Greene Park is two blocks away, while the Barclays Center is within walking distance. City Point, with Alamo Drafthouse, a food hall, Target, Century 21, and more is nearby, as well. There is coin-operated laundry in the building next door and a laundromat that does drop-off around the corner.

I am a white, gay, male in my 30's and an administrator at a school, where I also teach and coach. At home, I cook, watch basketball, and read quite a bit. During the school year, I tend to work longer hours. Year-round, my evenings at home are quiet and low-key.

I am looking for someone of a similar age, who is kind, responsible, and respectful. I have lived here for five years--it's a good apartment in a great location.
