Two people living in residence (one male -landlord -, one female) , 1 cat and two dogs currently in home. 1 child on site once a week, sometimes more. looking for someone easy going, can keep themselves and their room reasonably clean (no old food, no bugs). No other dogs allowed, other cats may be okay after reasonable quarantine period. water/electric/internet included in price. washer and dryer in house. nice neighborhood. friends allowed, but no late hours as we both wake up reasonably early. please reach out for further details/more information - thanks in advance.
