The place is brand new and very modern, I’ve only lived here for a year. It’s located 2min walk away from Wellesley subway station and close to grocery stores and restaurants. As a roommate, I'm respectful, clean, and open-minded. I love exploring new places and learning new things about people but I also enjoy staying home from time to time as I value my downtime! I'm hoping to find someone who is like-minded and we can hopefully become friends :)

I’m looking for a female roommate preferably a student to take over one of the rooms in a 2bed2bath apartment starting September 1st 2023. The building is brand new and is located right next to Wellesley subway station. Monthly rent does not include utilities (wifi+hydro+tenant insurance). Both bedrooms have sliding doors but it is still private, I currently have the master bedroom with my own ensuite bathroom so you would have your own private bathroom in the common area.
