I’m a professional photographer offering a private room in my beautiful loft in Bushwick. The room is $1,700 a month, which is fully all-inclusive—covering all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to all apartment and building amenities.

The loft is designed to be a calm, creative sanctuary and comes with some great perks, including access to a building gym (treadmill, bike, and weights), in-building laundry, a movie projector in the living room, and a massive rooftop deck with incredible views of the city skyline. It’s located in a quiet, artistic pocket of the neighborhood, just two blocks from the L train, putting you in Manhattan in about 20 minutes.

I work from home full-time, but my daily routine is very quiet; I spend most of my time editing at my desk with the occasional Zoom call. About once or twice a month, I use the space for photoshoots, but I am a big believer in clear communication and will always coordinate these with you well in advance to ensure they don't disrupt your schedule.
