Hello, My name is Sam, I am a 30 year old professional female, and I am looking for a person to replace my former roommate on my current lease!
Looking to fill one bedroom in a 2-bedroom row home in Shaw. Your room would be 13 x 13 ft room with a shared bathroom. This is a two floor unit with the kitchen and living space on the first floor and bedrooms on the top floor. The room will be open starting July 9th and ideally looking to fill this space before the end of the month. I do not have any pets but I am open to you bringing your own, but will need to get that approved by the landlord first.
You would have your own bedroom with 2 closets and space downstairs to put any furniture/Televisions/equipment you might be bringing with you. It is a great and lively neighborhood that is a 2 min walk from Shaw/Howard metro station and a 10 second walk to several bus routes. There are several grocery stores, restaurants, and gyms within a 10 min walk as well.
Rent would be 1,000.00 monthly with split utilities (Gas, electric, WiFi) and the lease is through Oct 31, 2026 - a great way to lock in a great rate for a room in the heart of DC!
