Hello!

I actually have 2 unfurnished rooms available, one for $1250, and one for $1350.

Lease term length is negotiable.

Right under M train on Central Ave.
10 min walk to Dekalb Ave L stop
10 min walk to Myrtle Broadway JMZ stop

There is a lovely cat named Tsuki who also lives here. She is super chill, old, and friendly.

Firstly, it's a non-smoking household. I used to be a big stoner but I don't smoke anymore and I don't like to be around it in my own home. I don't mind if you have it, but if you're going to smoke, just do it outside.

Secondly, I am a pretty clean person. I like it when dishes are done right away, if you make a mess clean it, if you use the shared spaces, just make sure it's left how you found it. I don't care how you keep your room, just don't leave food out.

Aside from those 2 things, it's a pretty laid back household.

As for myself, I am a bartender. I work mostly weeknights, so I get home around 1am-3am depending on the night. I'm really into reading, chess, rock climbing, cafe's, goin to bars/dancing. Would love to be friends and develop good relationships with who I live with.
