I’m moving from Salt Lake City to Philly mid-January for a new job. Hoping to find a roommate to team up with and rent a 2 bedroom place together. Also don't mind a room in a shared place (just one roommate ideally)

I’ll be working in Center City, so somewhere nearby would be great (Fairmount, Spring Garden, Fitler Square etc). Budget’s around $1200/month but flexible!

A bit about me: I’m 27, originally from Australia and work as a civil engineer. Super easygoing and friendly, but also respectful of personal space. Outside of work I like staying active, catching up with friends or a bit of adventure.

Prefer another young professional in their mid–late 20s ideally, but open to others too!
