2 Bdr private bath Split family floor plan

Share the 4 bedroom 2 bath house I am renting in Plano. The front of the house has 3 guest rooms, formal living/dining combo and private bath. My new roommate would get choice of two rooms and the formal living. I do my “living” in the back half of the house. My cats spend their time in the cat sanctuary aka master bedroom and we all enjoy the hardwoods throughout.
