I have two German shepard dogs. I need a roommate that will take care of them when I am working. That is why I am charging low rent. I have a 4 bedroom home and only renting one room. Must be a dog person. I am a neat person we can split the cleaning of the home. Just have to be willing to take care of the house and dogs while I am at work. All common areas are open please you whatever you would like only rooms closed is the computer room and my bedroom. I have no problem with friends over just as long as they don't steal anything and respect the house. Please no party's while I am working. When I am home sure have friends and family over. I want to be friends with whoever I rent to and have an awesome time. I like playing video gamea and having a fire in the back yard listening to music. It's a laid back household just one of respect.
