Hi! I’m Jo. I’m a tidy full time professional as well as a full time student in my field. I’m a pretty independent person but I’ve been missing company, which I found delightful in past roommates! The house is decorated with all my nerdisms, I have a lot of plants, and there is a dog that will be in the house on occasion (split custody)! I’m not opposed to having another pet in the house but I am allergic to cats! I like movies, yapping, and socializing. I’m very flexible in activities so I’m good at being chill or good at being fun on a night out! Ideally, we get along and we can bother each other sometimes!

Rent includes hydro, enbridge, internet! There is in-unit laundry and parking is a possibility! There is usually spots that are available to purchase!
We are close to grocery stores and Hogs back, with the 111 bus route outside the door! 10 minutes to Algonquin, 10-15 minutes to Mooney's Bay train station (convenient for Carleton students)!
Must be okay with dogs as there is a dog in the house on occasion! She is a very sweet goofy gal who just loves to snuggle.
It will be a shared living space outside of the bedroom! Which means kitchen, living room, and bathroom! I've lived here since 2019 so it's a very established home but I'm more than happy to welcome you into it, and I invite you to add your flair, too! There is a backyard that gets moderate sun and shade, so if you like to grow plants there's a lot of success to be had (I know this well)!
