Cambridge apartment 3 minute walk from Central
Gorgeous apartment practically on top of the Central Red Line stop. First floor is huge open floor plan kitchen / living room with a large dining table. Second floor is 2.5 bedrooms plus bathroom.
Current roommate is professional Electrical Engineer and super chill. He is currently using the half bedroom as a home office and pays extra rent accordingly. Looking to sublet my room until September, at which point the lease renews.
Water is included, other utilities are split however you decide. Parking in a private off street lot behind building available for an additional fee. Neighbors are fantastic and have never caused issues. Room is right next to the bathroom and in rear of building away from all street noise.
