Brady L - $1,100/month

I'm Brady, I'm a guy who loves to cook and bike and hike. I play basketball a lot and spend the rest of my time studying and doing some work. I am very respectful of keeping communal areas clean, I like to cook so I really only care that the kitchen is generally cleaner. I do like cooking for others so there'll definitely be some dinners made for ya. Schedule for chores makes sense but I'm pretty laid back so whatever works is good. I am an economics student at UBC and I'm trying to create a business too. I come with a considerable amount of kitchen stuff and possibly a couch too if needed.
