Hi I am Lisa, a BU grad student. I am living in this living room right now and I really love my apartment.
My apartment can accomodate 3 people. I have signed the next lease earlier this year alone before COVID 19 got very serious, but I have to go back to my country next month. If I can't find 3 people to fill the lease then I'll be charged 3 grand. Right now there is a BU girl taking the secondary bedroom. So I have to find someone who would like to move in September to replace me, and another one for the main bedroom.

BU's Agganis Arena and Fit & Rec are right across the street, so when covid19 is over it will be very convenient to work out and watch sports games there. Mostly Asians live here so this is a quiet and relatively safe place to live.
🏠 Our 2b1.5b apartment is on the 3rd floor, near stairs and elevators, including a kitchen and all the kitchen supplies you might need to cook and eat with. The house is carpeted and clean, with plenty of natural sunshine during day time, and you can see the pretty little garden down the building every morning when you open the curtains.
