Seeking a fun, 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻-𝘁𝗼-𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵, 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 housemate to live with in my SW Raleigh home (<10min to downtown!

👉 Seeking a fun, 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻-𝘁𝗼-𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵, 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 of any gender to live with in my 3 bedroom / 2 bath house located <10 minutes to downtown Raleigh in the Trailwood neighborhood. $900 TOTAL a month (this covers utilities).

You would have your own bathroom (pictured), however it is directly across the hall and acts as the main publicly-available bathroom in the house — so plz keep it tidy. 🙂

Any existing furniture pictured in the room can be kept or removed (last roomie also left behind a relatively new twin mattress that's up for grabs). I use the garage for storage but there's plenty of parking space in the driveway. There is also a back deck and fenced in yard, as well as washer/dryer unit in the house.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗲: I'm a single 30 y/o female Raleigh-native who works in tech (digital marketing). I have 3 dogs (pictured) that I share custody of with my ex-husband. Typically there will only be up to 2 dogs in the house any given week.

𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻! I'm hoping to live with another young professional of any gender (I'm more used to living with guys though), who is a dog lover without pets of their own (sorry my dogs don't mesh well with other animals), who wants a genuine friendship vs. a typical roommate relationship. I'm looking for someone outwardly tidy and relatively disciplined, but also open-minded, easygoing, and 𝟰𝟮𝟬 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆 (important!). Hoping to find someone with similar interests who is down to hang out, watch new shows with, and eat all the excess food I cook lol.

My interests include: binge-watching Netflix & searching for obscure/underrated content, board games, video games, traveling, snowboarding, cooking, graphic design, video editing, hosting events, and seeking out novel experiences in general. I co-founded a local meetup (Triangle Intuitives) that has grown exponentially in recent years so I have a pretty large social circle and will have guests / small groups of people over from time to time.

Must be cool with the large halloween party I throw every year. This could be a great opportunity for someone who is new to Raleigh and interested in meeting new people / exploring the local scene.
