We live in the complex Arrive2801. It's right off the King Street exit of 395. It's a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom with washer/dryer in unit.
We're 5 minutes from Shirlington, grocery stores, target, whole foods, about 10 minutes from the Pentagon City and Pentagon metros, and about 15 minutes from DC. Our building has a free shuttle on weekdays to the Pentagon City metro, and there's also a bus route right in front of our building that runs on weekdays that goes to the Pentagon.
We have one cat, so our roommate would need to be okay with cats, bit not have any pets of their own. Unfortunately our cat doesn't play nice with others.
