The front bedroom has a full closet and windows. The room has a queen bed and linen, but I can empty the room if needed. I am seeking a roommate to share space monthly in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, move in immediately, and stay for the following year. I am flexible and willing to work something out with the right person. I am looking for a roommate, preferably a woman who is LGBTQ+ friendly.
The neighborhood is up and coming with many new boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and bars. The house is near the 2/5 and B/Q/S trains, bus stops, and street parking. It is a short walk to the Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanical Garden, and Prospect Park.
The house is furnished and well-kept. I have my paintings and artwork throughout the house. The front yard is fresh, and the backyard is a spacious green oasis. The extra outside space is a great place to relax from the demands of the busy City.
The room is $1400/month, and we split the cost between gas, electricity, and internet ~$150.
