Room for rent in beautiful Flower Mound, rated #1 most livable city by livability.com . Located near schools, parks, green belts, and shopping. Monthly rent is $800.00/month with first and last month ($ 1,600.00) due at move in. Utilities are split equally each month as these can vary widely in North Texas. Although wireless internet is not included, in interest of security, this can be discussed. We are fairly relaxed here, but please be respectful of others property and schedules as this is a working house.
Currently, doing month to month as I have never shared my home with a stranger. So keeping it simple for all parties.
