Building is right next to the Broadway G and the Lorimer J/M so it's easy to get to Manhattan, Queens and lower parts of Brooklyn, and the L train is one stop away. Grocery stores, Walgreens and plenty of restaurants are within walking distance and North Williamsburg is about 15min away. Not too far to McCarren Park, Domino Park, the Smorgasburg food fair, and a few other smaller public rec centers.
