I'm renting a 12 x 10 bedroom with walk in closet in my luxury coed apartment located in Seaport. The resort style building is next door to multi-national businesses such as PwC, BCG, etc. The building includes a beautiful pool (very rare in Boston) and modern gym! No gym membership is necessary with this gym.
The views from this apartment are amazing and the apartment has granite countertops, a glass shower with rain-can showerhead, and each room has separate climate controls! Washer and dryer in unit. There is a parking garage available for a fee.
Rent is $2000 OBO. If you need the room furnished with basic furniture, let me know. Will wave the $200 application fee for a move in (qualified candidate) on or before Jan 12th.
3 months term with an opportunity to extend 1 year or more if things work out well.
