Available Room for Rent

Looking for a roommate to move in March 1st!

Me and my roomie have a spare room empty and are in need of a roommate to take it. We are located in North Austin near Lakeline and we've been best friends for awhile. We're clean, never leave food mess or dishes for long, and our animals are very well behaved and clean as well (l've been told you can't even tell I have a cat because the litter box never smells). Ari is a musician and I am a gamer so sometimes there's a bit of noise, but nothing disruptive and we're very respectful since we have neighbors we'd be bothering as well if we were too loud. You’d also be sharing a bathroom with Ari, he keeps it fairly clean and there will be space for any stuff you bring in!
