I work during the days but sometimes arrive or stay up late. I shower twice a day at 7-8 am and 11pm-12am. I have no pets nor children. I don't smoke and I'm too young to drink. I have a car and a partner. I don't mind guests because I may want to invite a guest, but I don't host parties. I receive packages often, so if a PO box is needed to avoid annoying knocks, that's fine. I'm a recent FIU graduate. I don't mind being self-contained with a minifridge, airfryer, toaster oven, etc. My priorities are utilities being included, a safe parking space, and a private bathroom, but everything's negotiable.
