Calm + Comfy Heights Living (with 2 bad cats)

I’m renting out the guest bedroom/bathroom in my light, airy 2 bed / 2 bath home. The room is surprisingly spacious — it easily fits a king bed, a desk, nightstands, and a dresser without feeling crowded. It comes lightly furnished (bed, dresser, nightstand), but if you have your own furniture, I’m happy to move mine into the garage. The room has a step-in closet, a ceiling fan, and its own window A/C unit so you can control your temperature independently from the rest of the house.

Your private bathroom has a full tub/shower and large built-in storage closets, so you’ll have plenty of space for towels, toiletries, etc.

The shared spaces were fully remodeled in 2018 and feel bright and open — the living room and kitchen have floor-to-ceiling windows that look out onto a big backyard with a pergola, terrace, and fire pit. It’s a great space for relaxing or hosting friends. The living room also has a full entertainment setup (TV, speakers, video game systems).

There’s a semi-separated home office nook that’s great for working or studying, plus a one-car garage with extra storage, and a two-car driveway with a carport, so you’ll always have covered parking.

Wi-Fi and all utilities are included.
The home has central A/C, and you get the extra window unit in your room if you like things colder/warmer than I do.

If you want a comfortable, calm living situation in a great part of town with flexible space and lots of natural light, this room is a great fit!
