Personally, I've had several roommates over the years by subleasing and have made good friends (references provided upon request). I am kind, considerate and treat people with respect. I am not a heavy partier, but do occasionally have friends, family and guests over. Same for you, all welcome as long as they are respectful of the home. However, please no long term guests. I work some of my hours from home. I enjoy staying active and go to the gym sometimes, read, travel, etc. I'm seeking people who don't take life too seriously, have positive outlooks, enjoy socializing once in a while, pay on time, are responsible and easy to get along with. Must like dogs. All I ask is no drama, loud parties or drugs. Outside smokers only please.
