I have rented this house for the past 2 years with friends. It's a great neighborhood in The Nations - walking distance from restaurants and bars on 51st as well as green space. Also close to the freeway and 12 min from downtown Nashville.

It's a two story house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and two living rooms.. Private parking lot and raised deck on side of house. Kitchen with dishwasher, and washer and dryer inside. No pets.

Looking for 1 or 2 roommates to sublet the large master bedroom with a private bath and huge walk in closet. Queen mattress/frame also available.

Rent for 1 roommate $1150/month, for 2 roommates $1650/month, includes utilities

Month to month sublet until year lease is renewed with owner 6/23.
