I have just left the Army. My wife and I are eager to move to NYC for opportunity. Where we are from, you get paid $12 an hour but cost of living is easily 4.5 to 5 grand a month. We are looking for a temporary place to stay in New York City until we have solid income and can get a place on our own. We have basically no money and it’s sad to admit.
