Hi I'm Sam. I'm looking for an apartment/house in outer Philly area with 1 other roommate. My workplace is in Yardley, PA so the maximum commute I would like to make is about 25 minutes. Preferably a place in a suburban area like Bensalem. I enjoy video games, craft beers, and cooking. Typically on my days off I will either go into the city or stay at home and chill.

I usually keep to myself but would be open to socializing. On occasion I would like to have guests over during the weekend but this at most would occur once or twice a month. I have a 3 year old tabby cat named Mochi and he comes as a packaged deal. He's very sociable to humans.

I'm respectful of the common areas although my room itself may become a little disorganized. I'm looking for a roommate ideally around my age who also tends to pick up after themselves at least in the common areas.
