Someone who can commit to a one year contract and be able to afford a third of utility costs. We prefer that there are no more pets in the house. Someone that can pick up for themselves helping with house chores, and keep to themselves. Must be comfortable with late night functioning hours. We are comfortable with guests as long as it's not often or overnight. :]
