Rent includes utilities. I work allot so I like to just relax and watch a bit of TV. Kind of a homebody I guess. I like to keep a clean house and would ask that if you choose to use the kitchen that you clean up after yourself. I do have three dogs and just got two kittens so if you don't like animals I would keep looking. The bedroom is a good size and has a walk in closet. The room also has it's own good size bathroom with tub/shower and linen closet. It's an apartment building and I live on the first floor and all that that implies. I'm pretty chill overall and believe in being respectful of people and their space.
