Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to fill a room on the UES/Yorkville in our lovely 3 bed 2 bath - we are looking to confirm someone by the end of this week to renew the lease. Move in/lease starts September 1st.
The room available is outlined in pink below. Rent is $1,900.00/ month not including wifi/utilites (which we split 3 ways, on average it’s about $80-90 per person depending on the season).
This apartment has been absolutely amazing so far - amenities are all new/fresh, we have a washer & dryer, neighbors are great, we have a courtyard view with tons of trees and birds, and the neighborhood is extremely quiet at night. Easy access to the 86th st Q and the 4&6 station, many buses in the area as well. We’re about a 15-20 min walk from the Met, Guggenheim, etc. One block away is the Carl Schurz Park which is super lovely…
Ideally we are looking for someone in their 20’s to join. I’d love to be friends with you and have roomie nights together but am also respectful of boundaries/needs depending on your situation. Can’t wait to meet you!
