I have been out in LA for two years now and I am looking for someone to live with who is clean, fun to be around, and easy going.

I work from home but am out of the house everyday and go to the gym everyday as well. I am very independent and work from my laptop or phone.

I'm clean and like to keep all areas including kitchen and living room as clean as possible. I want to decorate the apartment in a nice looking way and don't want the place to get trashed often.

I have friends over about 3-4 times a week but we usually end up going somewhere or just chilling if not, most of my friends do social media as well so we may be doing impromptu photoshoots or other content.

Would love to meet up and see if we are a good fit and match what we are both looking for.
