Hey everyone, I’m looking for a roommate to fill a room in my 2BR/2BA townhome starting July 1. It’s a great spot in a prime downtown Phoenix location – walkable to ASU, Roosevelt Arts District, museums, sports arenas, and more! The place is super spacious, clean, and in an end-unit, so it’s quiet and private.

About the Place:

- 1238 sq ft townhome with modern finishes: granite counters, wood cabinetry, built-in appliances.
- Private upstairs bedroom with its own bathroom (unfurnished).
- Includes fridge, washer/dryer, 2-car tandem garage (shared).
- Community amenities: heated pool, private dog park, and a courtyard patio.

About Me:

- I’m 30, work from home as an electrical design engineer in solar.
- I’m pretty laid back and sociable. I enjoy hanging out, watching stand-up comedy, going to concerts, and occasionally hiking or traveling to visit friends.
- I drink occasionally, but not much of a partier. I’m away from the condo a good amount, usually hanging with my girlfriend or traveling.

What I’m Looking For:

- A male roommate, aged 23-34.
- A young professional who is clean and doesn’t go out every weekend.
- Ideally no pets but if you have one, we can talk about it.
