Master Bedroom in Cozy 2 Bed 2 Bath Apartment! :)

**About the Apartment Complex**

- Highland Hill Country Apartments
- Pool, gym, package center, and plenty of walking space through the lot
- There’s a walking trail right next to the complex
- HEB in walking distance
- Bus stop right outside the front gates!
- Plenty of free parking space
- Covered parking and garages available for an extra fee.
- The apartment is located right at the entrance of the complex
- Only a short walk from the dumpster.
- First floor!
- I’ve never personally had any issues with our neighbors, and the neighbor dogs are very cute.
- Maintenance requests are very easy and quick to get things fixed.
- Downtown is a 20-minute drive, and about a 1-hour bus ride.

**About the Available Room**

- 1,093sqft
- The bedrooms on opposite sides of each other so we basically have two separate halves
- Each room has its own bathroom, and the room that is available is actually the master bedroom!
- It has grey carpet, a walk-in closet, and a big window with enough sunlight to grow plants.
- If you would like to look for the floor plan on the website, it’s the D1 layout.
- Unfortunately *no pets!* I have 2 cats, and the least only allows 2 pets max.

**About the Shared Space**

- Dining room, a living room, and the kitchen
- These areas are fully furnished with my things, which are of course open to use!
- There’s a dining table, a big sofa in the living room, a projector I use for TV with Chrome Cast
- The kitchen is basically fully stocked too, but there’s definitely room for your own things
- I’m totally up to discussion about sharing tools if you’d like!
- There’s also a washer and dryer

Electricity $60-$100 per month (depending on how much we use the AC)

Both of us can access the rental account to pay rent, but the utility and internet are both accounts under my name. We would split the monthly cost 50/50, and we can discuss the method we do that. With my current roommate we Venmo each other so we both end up paying the same amount.
